With a generous gift of $90,000 to the Morehouse Golf Program, Brother McCoy affirms a truth we hold dear: that education, when coupled with opportunity, can transform lives and uplift generations.
This contribution will:
- Strengthen the physical foundation of our athletes through a renewed weight room
- Provide year-round training with a new indoor facility
- And most nobly, it will help ensure that every member of the golf team may graduate free from the burden of debt

Over four decades ago, on a train bound for homecoming, Mac McCoy and Tommy Johnson conceived a vision: a golf tournament that would not only celebrate the game but also provide for those in need. That vision bore fruit in 1984 and has since become a cherished tradition of fellowship, philanthropy, and purpose.
